Steven has 25 years of experience in Investment Banking with an initial M&A focus, broadening into various product and management roles. Steven’s broad geographical, transactional and management experience brings clear direction and insight into Oko’s approach to contractual negotiations and risk management. Steve qualified as an accountant with EY before working for Schroders, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Citigroup and Standard Bank. His roles included; Managing Director in Goldman Sachs' London Advisory Group, Head of Asia-Pacific Investment Banking for HSBC, Head of Asia-Pacific M&A for Citigroup and Head of International Investment Banking at Standard Bank.
